Below are some examples of recent projects and consulting that have been worked on.
PROJECT 1 - MS Dynamics CRM upgrade
• Project management for the consolidation of multiple CRM solutions onto Microsoft Dynamics and upgrade to the latest version CRM365CE, defining approach, system architecture solution design, testing and implementation path including full data migration strategy.
• Re-defined the sales and marketing business processes to streamline the data capture into CRM solution. Defined policy of usage with key business stakeholders.
PROJECT 2 - Global websites enhancements
• Project management for the digital consolidation of various content management solutions onto a single platform (Sitecore), including decommission of deprecated systems and infrastructure.
• Full web redesign, utilising digital agency vendor, to uplift sites via content/imaging and UX/CX to improve site architecture and user journeys. Re-designed analytics capture to allow better management information.
PROJECT 3 - Distribution tech strategy
• Program management to deliver EMEA Digital Distribution strategy and roadmap, incorporating web stack, CRM systems, marketing automation and data integration.
• Detailed collaboration with business partners to develop better working practices, aligning technology to business requirements. Set up agile development teams to allow proof of concepts to be performed in a “fail fast” environment to aid decision making.
PROJECT 4 - Global websites rebrand
• Program management of the strategic digital deliveries, including ad-hoc backlog of change to websites via an agile scrum. Additionally, responsible for the Distribution IT applications BAU change program.
• Project management to deliver Digital Enhancements interactive charting for websites, integrating data for dynamic response. Included review of vendor solution capabilities.
• Collaboration with business partners to develop and deliver a strategic plan of change, driven by business priority and client benefits. This includes review of technologies being used and potential new technologies via Proof of Concepts.
